The Vision UV is the longest and straightest ball I have hit. But it is still soft enough to hit into the greens with confidence. Other pluses are it is very easy to see in flight, on the fairway, in the rough, everywhere, and very hard to lose! I seem to only be able to lose them by sinking them in the deeper parts of the dams!!

HA! I completely agree with Greg. Its all very well having fancy balls, but what good is it when I cant find them.

some kind of tracking device is defiently needed. Although maybe if I was a better golfer I wouldnt lose my balls.

Titleist Pro V1’s are an unbelievable ball. I have used them since their release in 2000 and have tried all of the other balls from time to time and the Titleist ball still comes out on top. Many balls can match the Pro V1 in 1 or 2 areas but across all performance aspects, no ball can match the Pro V1.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the Callaway’s HX Tour Golf Ball kind of a pricey ball? I’m just an amateur trying to get better and perhaps at the higher levels the difference in golf balls is a key element to shooting lower scores and playing better, but as a beginning golfer I have trouble justifying the added expense. Ok – flame me!!!

I agree with Greg… we need GPS enabled golf balls to be able to find them in the rough although my pink precepts are a little easier to find (when i’m not hitting them into the water!)
